Terms of Service
Terms of Service v1.0 · Effective April 18, 2026
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, describe the agreement between you and Ezra. Creating an account or using the Service means you accept them. Plan-specific riders are listed at the end.
Welcome to Ezra
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Ezra QR code platform, the service hosted at ezralink.org, and any related APIs, dashboards, or hosted pages (together, the "Service"). By clicking "I agree" or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms on your own behalf and, if you are acting for an organization, on that organization's behalf.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it current.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using Ezra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use Ezra to distribute malware, phishing content, content that infringes intellectual property, content that violates applicable laws, or content that we determine in good faith is harmful to other users or to the Service.
We reserve the right to disable QR codes, landing pages, or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, and to cooperate with law-enforcement requests where required by law.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the destination URLs, images, form data, hosted-page content, and other materials you upload (your "Content"). You grant Ezra a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for making sure your Content complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Privacy & Scan Data
When someone scans a QR code or visits a landing page you control, Ezra records scan data (timestamp, approximate geography derived from IP, device type, browser, referrer). This data is stored in your organization's analytics and is visible only to members of that organization. We do not sell scan data to third parties.
You are responsible for any privacy disclosures required in the jurisdictions where your QR codes are scanned — including, where applicable, compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes.
5. Fees & Billing
Free plans are provided at no charge and may be rate-limited. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may change fees for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't accept a fee change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, we will delete or return your Content in accordance with our data-retention practices.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement between you and Ezra. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezra's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Ezra in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50. Ezra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the update is material, we will prompt you to accept the new Terms the next time you sign in or change plans. Continuing to use the Service after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Free Plan Rider
The Free plan is offered at no charge and is limited to 2 dynamic QR codes and 1 team seat per organization. Free-plan Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment, and we may rate-limit or pause features to protect the platform.
We may retire, merge, or change the Free plan's limits at any time on 30 days' notice.
Pro Plan Rider
The Pro plan is billed at US$15 per month per organization and includes 10 dynamic QR codes, up to 3 team seats, custom QR styling, and priority email support. We target 99.9% monthly uptime for Pro customers; this is an operational target, not a contractual service-level credit.
Priority support means best-effort responses within one business day. It does not guarantee a resolution time.
Business Plan Rider
The Business plan is billed at US$30 per month per organization and includes 50 dynamic QR codes, up to 50 team seats, API access, white-label landing pages, and dedicated support. We target 99.9% monthly uptime for Business customers.
If you process personal data of EU or UK residents through the Service, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request at support@ezralink.org and becomes part of these Terms once signed.
